His current research program is focused on technology applied to assessment, which includes automatic item generation. He holds the Canada Research Chair in Educational Measurement.

Donna successfully implemented automatic item generation in two large testing companies which resulted in dramatic shifts in their item development practices.

He is a full-stack developer who has over a decade of experience creating automatic item generation and educational assessment technologies. He graduated with a BEng specialist degree in software systems development from Mari State Technical University, Russia.

Gregory has 10 years of experience in education and testing. He is responsible for the training, project management, and support needed to implement automatic item generation in operational testing programs of any size. Over the past two years, Gregory led the automatic item generation operations in one of North America’s leading testing companies.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Science with Specialization in Microbiology, a PhD from the Faculty of Medicine related to molecular biology, a JD in law from the University of Alberta, and is a Chartered Arbitrator. He is a Registered Patent Agent for both the United States and Canada and has nearly two decades of experience in trademark, copyright, patent, and other intellectual property assignment, licensing, and protection.
